Premier Mechanical LLC, d.b.a. Premier Energy Systems is a locally-owned company based in Saint Albans, WV specializing in Building Automation & Controls, HVAC Services and System Analysis (including energy audits, commissioning) for commercial and industrial clients.
The Premier partners: Jerry Priddy, Doug Hudson and John Penny formed the company in 2019 with an emphasis on providing building optimization products and services which not only increase equipment reliability and energy efficiencies but also reduce energy costs. Although the company is younger in formation; the staff has on average 20+ years of commercial and industrial experience.
HOW WE WORK
The Premier staff has 100 years combined experience in building automation and HVAC contracting.
We have the ability to serve as the prime contractor, work with large Energy Service Companies (ESCO’s) or partner with various multi-disciplines to get projects completed on time in the most efficient and cost-effective manner.
We partner with our customers, building owners, general contractors, engineering and architecture firms from project conceptualization through start-up to ensure that only the best turn-key services are utilized in each and every project.
We employ interdisciplinary coordination to collaborate with varying disciplines (owners, engineers, architects, subcontractors) to ensure project efforts are being performed efficiently, safely and timely. This ensures consistency in coordination methods throughout the lifecycle of every project.
